Fulfilment & Production
Each product is custom-made after ordering. Production times typically range from 1–4 business days, depending on the product type, destination country, production capacity and fulfilment location.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by dispatch or tracking information where available once the order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is typically 3–10 business days after fulfilment, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: May be available at checkout for selected regions and products.
- Tracking: Most orders include tracking. If tracking is not available for your region or shipping method, we will rely on the carrier’s estimated delivery window.
Packaging
Your prints are carefully packaged by Gelato’s local production partners to help reduce transit time and support safer delivery. Packaging may vary depending on the product, size and fulfilment location.
Posters may be shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers, while canvas products are packaged to protect the print and frame during transit.
International Orders
We proudly support international fulfilment where available through our print-on-demand partners. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import fees or local taxes charged by their country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Delays & Disruptions
While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, local logistics issues or production delays.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Game of Drones cannot guarantee replacement or refund where an order is delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Returns & Damages
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Returns Policy. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage.
As products are printed on demand, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer error or preference-based issues.
