At TheGameOfDrones.co.uk, we aim to deliver stunning quality in every order. As our products are made to order via our global print-on-demand partner Gelato, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective or there is a fulfilment issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to make it right. You may be eligible for a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue, including damage to the item and packaging.
- The issue must relate to damage, manufacturing defect, production error or fulfilment error.
- Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate.
Returns & Eligibility
Because all items are printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not normally accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size, design, format or product selected at checkout.
- Incorrect address or customer details provided at checkout.
- Minor colour variations caused by screen differences, materials or print processes.
- Preference-based issues where the product has been produced correctly.
Refund Process
If your return claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the circumstances:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
- A free reprint and reshipment of the affected item.
- An alternative resolution where agreed with you directly.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider, but they typically process within 3–5 business days once issued.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email Support@TheGameOfDrones.co.uk with the subject line Return Claim - Order #[Your Order Number].
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage or defect.
- Provide a short description of the issue and your preferred resolution.
- We will review your claim and respond with the next steps.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If you believe you have received the wrong item, part of your order is missing, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Additional Notes
Our fulfilment partner Gelato handles production and shipping globally. If you experience an issue with delivery or quality, we will work with the fulfilment provider to investigate and resolve the matter where possible.
